What is the insulating capacity of Manti Ceramic (thermal conductivity)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The certified thermal conductivity of the High Density<\/strong> version is 0.002 W\/mK<\/strong>, which is 20 times better than polystyrene and 25 times better than rock wool.
\nThe Medium Density<\/strong> version reaches 0.001 W\/mK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Is Manti Ceramic fire-resistant in case of a fire?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes, it is. Manti Ceramic has been tested and certified for fire resistance: Euroclass A2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Is it harmful to health?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

No. The product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly<\/strong>. It is certified as non-toxic (toxicity certification and EPD available), making it perfectly safe for indoor use.<\/p>\n

Does Manti Ceramic provide thermal continuity and eliminate thermal bridges?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes. It is currently one of the best thermal insulating products in the world<\/strong>. It is particularly suitable for eliminating thermal bridges thanks to its low thickness and the fact that it is not a panel system<\/strong>, but a continuous, homogeneous coating<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How is the Manti Ceramic microcoating applied? (preparation, installation, recommendations)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

First, make sure the wall surface is stable and free of loose material (if needed, pre-smoothing or patching is done). Then, apply Manti Primer Fix<\/strong>. The product is supplied ready to use and is applied as follows:<\/p>\n

High Density application<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Apply the first coat<\/strong> using a notched trowel.<\/li>\n
  • Allow to dry for 24 hours<\/strong> in spring\/summer conditions (drying time may vary based on weather).<\/li>\n
  • Apply the second coat<\/strong> with a smooth trowel<\/strong>, embedding the reinforcing mesh.<\/li>\n
  • Once dry, apply a third coat<\/strong> to reach the desired thickness, again with a smooth trowel.<\/li>\n
  • After full drying, a primer<\/strong> is applied, followed by a final finish<\/strong> (such as decorative plaster or any finish chosen by the client).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Medium Density application<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Applied using a roller<\/strong> or Airless spray system<\/strong>, in multiple coats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Can Manti Ceramic be applied on roofs and windows, or only on walls?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      For walls<\/strong>, use the High<\/strong> or Medium Density<\/strong> versions.
      \nFor roofs<\/strong>, there are two options:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • High\/Medium Density applied on the interior<\/strong> side, or<\/li>\n
      • Application under the tiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The same applies to underside of terraces<\/strong>.
        \nFor windowsills and thresholds<\/strong>, the Transparent Low Density<\/strong> version is used, which preserves the original look<\/strong> of materials like marble, stone, or other exposed finishes.<\/p>\n

        Is a specialized contractor required for installation?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        No. Any qualified construction company<\/strong> can apply it.
        \nHowever, attending a brief and free training session<\/strong> is mandatory<\/strong>.
        \nThis training is provided either on-site or directly at the contractor\u2019s premises.
        \nA nationwide network of technicians<\/strong> ensures ongoing support throughout the project.<\/p>\n
