Manti Ceramic Microcoat: The Low Thickness Thermal Insulation from Nanotechnology

The Manti Ceramic Microcoating is a low thickness thermal insulation (2–10 mm) developed through advanced nanotechnological and aerospace research.

Savenergy.it Srl, based in Milan, is the exclusive importer of Manti Ceramic products.

Manti Ceramic has been available in Italy for over 8 years, with more than 8,500 applications completed throughout the country.
In Europe, the product has been distributed since 2014.

The Manti Ceramic Microcoating is a system that allows buildings to be insulated in both winter and summer, without invasive construction work and with a coating just a few millimetres thick.

What Is and How Does Nanotechnological Low Thickness Thermal Insulation Work

low thickness thermal insuòlation

The effectiveness of Manti Ceramic low thickness thermal insulation is based on three synergistic principles:

  1. Reflective Barrier

The outer surface of the ceramic microspheres, which form the core of the material, can reflect up to 80% of incident thermal radiation, drastically limiting heat absorption.

  1. Vacuum Chamber Inside the Microspheres

The vacuum inside each microsphere slows down the transmission of the small amount of heat that manages to pass through the reflective layer.

  1. Advanced Nanotechnological Matrix

The binder that holds the microspheres together is a nanotechnological formulation specifically designed to interfere with heat transfer, combining multiple insulating properties that work together to enhance overall performance.

These three effects make Manti Ceramic a true thermal shield — a high-efficiency low thickness insulation.

When to Use Low Thickness Thermal Insulation like Manti Ceramic

Thermal Bridge Correction

Ideal for correcting thermal bridges such as window jambs, niches, and undersides of balconies.
In these cases, Manti Ceramic is often used as a complementary product alongside traditional insulation panels.

When Traditional External Insulation Cannot Be Applied

Perfect for buildings where it is impossible to apply thick insulation panels — for instance, façades directly facing streets, historic buildings with decorative details or protected structures, or where space limitations prevent thicker systems.

Alternative to Traditional Insulation Panels

Used as a stand-alone low thickness insulation system, Manti Ceramic offers all the benefits of traditional insulation without the drawbacks of bulk or invasive installation.
