Manti Ceramic Versions: The Nanotechnological Micro-Coating for Thermal Insulation
MANTI CERAMIC HIGH DENSITY
The Manti Ceramic High Density micro-coating is one of the 3 Manti Ceramic Versions. The porduct is a thin-layer thermal insulator (from 2 mm up to 10 mm maximum), made with ceramic microspheres.
Its molecular structure blocks heat transfer through walls while maintaining breathability.
This product is a skim coat, applied with a trowel and mesh in three layers, creating what is known as a “thermal shield”.
- 4 mm of Manti Ceramic = 8 cm of EPS
- 6 mm of Manti Ceramic = 12 cm of EPS
- 8 mm of Manti Ceramic = 16 cm of EPS
After application, it should be finished with a breathable plaster and paint, or a colored plaster finish for protection.
The High Density version can be used for external facades, ceilings, and terraces, and is also suitable for indoor walls.
The certified thermal conductivity value is:
λd = 0.0010 W/m·K

MANTI CERAMIC MEDIUM DENSITY
The Manti Ceramic Medium Density micro-coating is a spray or roller-applied nanotechnology treatment consisting of 3 to 6 layers of nano-resin.
It provides insulation equivalent to 4–6 cm of traditional EPS cladding.
Manti Ceramic medium Density can be white or colored, and should be applied to smooth, stable surfaces or pre-smoothed ones.
The total thickness ranges from 1 to 2 mm maximum.
This version acts as its own final finish and can be simply painted.
Ideal for decorative elements, moldings, and thermal bridges that cannot be insulated using traditional systems due to their complex shapes.

Fire-resistant and moisture-repellent
LOW DENSITY TRANSPARENT
The Manti Ceramic Low Density version is a transparent nano-resin treatment (three coats) that provides insulation equivalent to 3–4 cm of EPS.
It’s used on visible surfaces that must maintain their natural aesthetic, such as stone or marble sills, vaults, skirting boards, or exposed brickwork.
This impregnating coating has no measurable thickness—it penetrates the material and is applied by spray or roller.
Completely transparent and breathable, it ensures effective thermal protection without altering appearance.
